Dear big basket team, I had placed an order on 13th september with order id: wmo[protected] Which has been delivered on 15 th september 2018 by your delivery guy named - ram, the order delivered was incomplete as some items were missing namely. A curd packe. Figs packets and both of eggs tray. I had mentioned that to your delivery representative on which he has promised to deliver the left out itemthe another day, i. E today, But today neither the staff is picking the phone on his provided no. Nor your customer care no,[protected] is connecting, and you really make me feel helpless and fooled. I want my leftout order to be delivered today only anyhow. Even for the eggs whose money was refunded to my big basket account, i had clearly told your delivery guy that i need my order not the money back, on which he had told that he will place the re-order again and deliver those today - but obody has shown up today. Please dont fool around with customer money. And his reliability and trust on you. Will have to think 100 times from next time to place order through big basket, but this time urgently get me delivered my left out missing order items. Regards.
