On 03/03/2018 i have ordered vegetables through your bigbasket.com website. the same was delivered by kottur gardens, Adyar branch on 04/03/2018 by 6 pm. The above was my very first order to bigbasket. Today i.e on 05/03/2018 when i opened one lettuce packet, to my utter shock i found one dead lizard between the leaves. On seeing this i have become mentally disturbed and a phobia has set in that i am not able to eat anything from morning. Sorry to say that it is a shame on your part to deliver without verifying. and it is very much clear that you are supplying items preserved in cold storage which is very old. My first order has fatally became the last order.
