[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — wrongly charging delivery fee | |||
Big basket is simply fooling your customers by charging delivery fee even when the app shows free delivery for particular slot (if all items gets delivered at once) After talking to customer care for an hour, the guy says I have no resolution for this. He told me that even he has faced the same issue and the technical team knows about this issue and yet he wanted me to draft a mail and send it to the team for which I don't even know if I ever will get a reply. Everytime the customer is expected to take a screenshot of every order just to have a proof or else CONGRATULATIONS... YOU HAVE BEEN FOOLED! Customer care cannot help the customers even for the known issue. This happened with me twice. Once when my cart was of amount 731 And Now when my cart was of 530 (for which I was told by junior staff that since the amount was below 600 I was charged delivery fee and Senior said this is a known issue) Luckily I have the screenshot of my last order but this time I got fooled!
