[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — yelakki banana | |||
I have ordered yelakki banana, quantity is 1.05 kg. With bigbasket.com. Banana was delivered today evening. The banana received was not at all ripe. The banana could not be eaten. I would like to make a strong complaint about bigbasket.com. I request the appropriate authority to take it up with bigbasket.com so that they donot supply substandard product to their customers. I placed the first order on Big basket app and applied the voucher welcomebb at the time of placing order.they accepted the payment and delivered the order and i got the message that cashback will be credited within 24 hours.till today i didn't get any cashback.
