First they called me and said you're the lucky customer you got so and so offer, and purchase the product worth 500₹-1000₹, after purchasing you will get so and so assured gift. After purchasing product, i got a laptop, and they said if you was exchange you have one chance with you to swipe it with another poduct, then i selected sony bravia tv 43inch, then they said, i need to pay gst amount of 7, 790₹, after this they said to pay insurance amount for transportation, then i paid 12, 556₹ totally i paid 20, 346₹. After this they said you won 1, 00, 000₹, so i need to pay noc amount of 39, 990₹, i refused to pay and they're out of contact now. I almost lost 20, 346₹ please be aware they give u offer and they take more money from you, in return they give you nothing. It's a big fraud please be aware. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Go to https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and submit your complaint providing complete detail. Contact number and mail IDs of them. Then register a formal police complaint with your local police station.
