Bigglamour /pickrr — combo kurthi. I got a cloth with torn and bad quality

I have given an order for combo kurthis worth rs989, but the product delivered were a single piece of cloth which look like a small portion of saree with lots of stain and smell bad. Also it was tored. Literally it was not a fresh piece it is full of damaged one (Looks someone used that befor). Please try to take this request as a serious one and make a good result to me as soon as possible. Kindly refund my money 🙏i am hopeing that the reply will be a positive one.
