Recently i transferred domain to bigrock. I asked support team to configure it so that i can use the email service of my hosting.
But everyday support team is giving false promises that issue will be fixed today with lots of promises. Kept on cheating me and lost my business days.
I tried to escalate this issue and no reply.
They have very poor customer service.
Now i am stuck with bigrock for 2 months as i cannot transfer my domain to another provider for 60 days.
