BigRock India — hosting space

I hosted my client website on bigrock server. They provided me 20GB space in starting. But 20Gb space is going to full so i Upgraded to unlimited plan by paying amount. after purchase that they not allow to host more than 20Gb files. They asked for purchase new plan of cloud hosting for 2 years then my previous is cancelled and amount will adjusted
