Bigroots — payment done order not received

I have done a order online for mobile cover case from the site bigroots.com
Date of my order is 7 october 2017 the amount of rs 198 has been deducted from my account as i have done my payment via debit card but now when i call for some assistance to them neither they revert back on my mail id nor they pick up the ph.
Now i have come to know that they are fraud they take money and sit back quietly.
Kindly make a complaint against them to either refund my money or deliver my order. Or charge a penaly on them

This is fake site .I have ordered nov 5 they didn't mention the tracking details .its only processing they didnot response to any calls the given number is fake . Pleases don't cheat people 😠😡😡😡

I've placed an order on Bigroots and also made the payment but haven't received anything from them and their contact number is also not available . I've mailed them and also made several attempts to call them. Order shows processing and thats it. What do i do?
