[Resolved] Bigroots.in — no response from seller

I have ordered a mobile cover from bigroots.in on november 13th. Order id - 60248. I did received an sms confirming order but no order about dispatch of order. The website even does not have any cash on delivery option so i had to pay online via debit card. Payment has been deducted on the same day of placing order. The website has no contact option. The number provided there is out of reach and to complain on their email address, they ask to sign in but when i try to sign in, it says invalid email address.

I ordered 3 mobile covers from bigroots.in
On 12 nov. It is still in processing. Whatsapp no. Given on the website is also not working and is not reachable.

I ordered two phone cover and i paid money but that ****** website didn't give respond from nov. 18 plzzz give my money back ya delivered that cover either i complain in cyber crime ya tell what is your prosiger k you take so much time either i take serious action on your web account

Same here my order is still processing.
I know somebody who gone helps me he is Crime branch police officer.
if anyone get the same problem call me or text me on my number
