Myself arun muthu on nov 30, 2017
I have ordered 4 products from bigroots.in on 30th november. It worth 596. I had made payment through paytm at the time i i was ordering it. And still not received it. Website is still showing being processed.
There is no update till now.

The contract number given on wedsite is unavailable. There is no other information to contact with the owner of website.

Suggest me something to get my money back.

I booked high dude letv 2s mobile case and it was placed after 10 days it was processed
The case was not fixing to phone
How to I contact Bigroots for replacement

I have ordered a customized cover on 18 Dec 2017 but there is no further information about my product and now the site is no longer available. Please do something against them and give my money back. Refund me money back.

I know somebody who gone helps me he is Crime branch police officer.
if anyone get the same problem call me or text me on my number
