Hey i order 2 product from bigroots.in on 3 november 2017 nd the tracking page only show me that your order was proccesing i trying to contact with costomer care but they r always busy nd never pick my calls
And then i m trying to contact in whatsapp they say your order will be shipped in 3-4 days but its been 7 days now. Atleast i want my money back please help me.
