Bihar Police — physical / mental torture by bihar police in a false fir

My name is Rohit Kumar and this complaint is against a false FIR - 1063 / 18 - Agam Kuan PS - lodged for Money Extortion by complainant in association with these two police officers.

1. Ashok Kumar Pandey - (was posted as SHO - Agam kuan PS in December 2018 and now transferred)
2. Balram Kumar Chaudray - (Presently posted as SDPO - Patna City)

Matter:- A person named Sunil Kumar Mishra S/o - R C mishra, R/O - Flat no- 201, Radha Palace, Krishna Puram, Naya Tola, Danapur, Patna came to me and asked for my vacant premises for purpose of taking biology coaching classes. I given him the premises on a monthly rental of 12000 per month from 2nd August - 2018. He started the work in my premises from next day. Later he paid rent by two SBI cheques of 20000 on 16 August 2018 and 15000 on 8 Sept 2018. After getting inside my premises he denied signing any kind of rent agreement or giving any ID proof. I reminded him for this several times.

He tried to run the coaching classes for 2.5 months and then he told me about closing the coaching as there was no admission after running it for 2.5 months. He also asked me to refund all the money that he paid by cheque as rent else he will file a case against me. I denied refunding whole money instead I told Sunil Kumar mishra to refund the balance amount. After this discussion he came on 15th October 2018 and taking his all belongings and vacated the premises.

After 2.5 months of vacating my premises he talked or may be bribed Agam Kuan PS - Ashok Kumar Pandey and lodged a 100% false FIR on 28th Dec 2018 under following sections: 341/ 323/ 379/ 354/ 385 /420. After this police investigating officer - SI Dhirender Yadav came to me and checked the premises and found nothing. But knowing every thing SDPO - Patna City - Balram Kr Chaudhry regularly made pressure to arrest on me and tourchred mently. I was surprised to see this kind face of police who is indulge in extortion of money by showing fear to accused. Balram Kumar told me to compromise with Sunil Kr Mishra by paying him money.

Later on April 10 I was forced to Pay Rs 50000 to Sunil Kumar Mishra by Police SDPO patna city - Balram kr chaudhary to compromise the false case. Do we have police for extorting money by showing fear or protecting us from the fear, kindly let me know.

I want suspension of both officers immediately for lodging the false FIR and making it true without listening the genuine side and giving me mental torture and monetary losses.

Also I want refund of Rs - 50000 that my father paid to Sunil Kr Mishra as a extortion money to compromise the case.

I am expecting a proper investigation on this matter and If I do not get justice then I will loose my belief in law of the land.
