[Resolved] Bikanervala / Bikano — Aam Panna Syrup | |||||
I had purchased Bikano Aam Panna Syrup last week and on opening the seal, I found the rim of the bottle broken. There were no pieces of broken glass on the cap, which definitely means that the bottle was broken at the time of packaging and the glass pieces probably got mixed with the syrup. Such extreme level of carelessness and negligence is utterly shocking. This is absolutely NOT what we expect from a big brand as yours. This is a really serious matter. I was about to consume the syrup, and it could have had grave consequences had I not seen the broken rim. I have mailed the company twice but to no avail. My money, time, efforts got wasted. I have yet not got any response from your end. I am hereby attaching the pics of the broken bottle for you to see for yourself. Some corrective action should be taken regarding this asap.
