Hi there, I've visited your cafe (Bikano Chat Cafe) in muzzafarnagar (UP), in duty unit manager was Satyendra Jain. The whole staff was taking customers for granted, I've ordered a tea and they were not ready to put extra tea leaves as I requested. The verbatim was " jaisi hai ye hi hai pini hai toh pijiye nhi toh refund le lijiye" its not at all appreciated. When I had wordd with the unit manager he was also acted in the same (rude) manner. My concern is, in this hard core competitive environment would you be able to survive with this kind of attitude? The cafe was on Highway so customer cannot go anywhere else that is why they were allowed to behave like that? Many other dissatisfactory things were there like tissue papers were missing in washroom, unclean washrooms etc. Kindly let me know if you take any corrective action or if a cuatomer's feedback is not important.
