[Resolved] Bikanervala / Bikano — delivering wrong order & charging wrongly | |||
We have ordered on 12th jan at around 1:15 in afternoon, for team in our office (Kronos - sector 62, noida). After receiving the bill we got to know that bikanervala jaipuria mall indirapuram has charged extra as we have ordered 200g jalebi but in the bill we were charged for 1kg jalebi instead. Also we have ordered 1 paneer momo and 1 veg momo but instead we got 2 veg momo. We informed bikanervala about the wrong delivery and wrong payment they have charged after calling sandeep and prasanjith they admitted the mistake but we never got any solution for this. After calling for several days both of them had blocked my numbers and avoided talking to us. We have already put worst review on google and will make sure that maximum people gets to know about how bikanervala staff torture their customer Pragati chawla Pragati. Even I had similar worst experience with Bikano. They sent some expired and some about-to-expire food products and are clearly misleading/lying and now avoiding to reply. Feel cheated by them after paying so high cost and courier charges to get the products. (also received short quantity than order).

I placed two orders from bikanervala.com .amount rs. 2192 was deducted twice but both orders cancelled.no information received regarding refund.it is a fraud company.i want a legal action against company.
