Bikanervala / Bikano — Service and Staff Attitude | |||
I have dined in Muzaffarnagar outlet. They have not cleaned our table for first 10 mins and after that they have not attended our table for next 15 mins. There waiter were passing from our table and completely ignoring us. Then after ordering our food we have received our food and utensils in parts. They didn't had spoons, glasses and water. They delivered our cold after we have finished our meal. When asked about delayed order one of their staff said it will come in it's own time and was laughing. What kind of service is this. When I asked about manger for feedback he came after 10 mins and said this is the best service you are going to get at this time and when I have asked about customer care details for feedback he said I am the owner and do whatever you want to do. He also said that we have given you complete order that's the most we can do. I mean what kind of service are you giving for such high prices and what is with this attitude. It's like they are giving food as charity. I am awaiting response on this and strictest action against the responsible person. Was this information helpful? | |||
