[Resolved] Bikanervala / Bikano — The wrong printing of the prices in the menu causing confusion and loss of customers only. | |||
I visited the BIKANERWALA Raj nagar, Ghaziabad branch today and I am really upset and dissatisfied by the service. Firstly the menu was wrong. The prices printed in the menu are different from the prices shown at the billing counter which just creates confusion and it just lead me to order the wrong thing. I wanted to order the Special packing thali the cost of which written in menu is Rs. 205 but at the counter the board shows that the executive thali costs Rs. 205 and in that confusion I ordered the wrong one. And I was seeing this printing error from last few times. Also from the last few times the quality of the food is also degrading. And this time the quality was worst. The Dal Makhani was tasteless. I am really really dissatisfied and I think I will hardly go to Bikanerwala again. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
