Bikanervala / Bikano — unhygienic condition of foods
I would like to bring to your kind attention that i recently purchased bikano raj kachori, dhokla and rasmaliye date: 12/06/2020) after consuming few piece of raj kachori bymyself, i noticed that there was one cockroach inside raj kachori stuff, after that i order dhokla, i suddenly notice that there was one big size of human hair inside dhoka piece after that i order rasmalai and i notice one more small size of hair present in rasmalai. This is not the quality of food product that one would expect after paying a competitive price for it. And we had an incident, we told everything to the manager (Punit joshi) there and everything happened under his supervision
I would like to know to whom should i hold responsible for such a negligence in your manufacturing process and what if anything happens to the consumers of your unhygenic product? Therefore, it is in this reference, i would like to have a resolution to this problem at the earliest or else i would have to take a strict action in this matter.in pandemic situation of covid19 they serves a unhygenic foods to the consumer.
Moreover, i tried calling bikano customer care helpline a number of times but no one even bothered to pick up the call. I also mailed them my complaint but got no revert on the matter. This is extremely pathetic of bikano to sell such a substandard product after charging a competitive price. Bikano, how do you propose on providing a resolution to this problem? Who is going to refund the money i paid for the spoiled product. I have all the videography of raj kachori, dhokla and rasmalai intact for examination.
