[Resolved] Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. — cookies pack neither mention pkg. date & expiry date

Sir,

I purchased one cookies pack from bikanervala, in this pack 6 different types of cookies but in this pack neither packing date, batch no. Mention nor expiry date mentioned. Pl tell me how it is possible that these cookies r expired or not & how much time period to consume these cookies. These are good for health & any infection from these cookies when i eat these cookies.

Any packing department supervisor/operators & quality department person not checked when these cookies packed. This is the negligence of company staff.

Cookies pack picture attached in mail.

I already complaint 15 days before but till date neither any action taken this company seriously.

Pl reply asap.

Bikanervala staff not decided after 20 days that Expiry date & manufacturing date is necessary or not on bikano products so I request to all customers pl dont buy Bikano products because company has not any solution of consumer complaint
