On 3rd june 2017, i placed order for besan mithai along with other food items at 1945hrs. On receipt of food to my shock i found besan mithai was smelling and rotten nicely packed and delivered. I called bikanerwala immediately and lodge my complaint on phone. First they refused to accept poor quality of methai sold to me and insisting them about the quality of food. Manager told me that he will consult owner and come back to me on phone. To my shock how these sweet shopkeepers are so emboldened and brazenly stamping over consumer rights they just ignore customers and till this complaint is lodge they have no courtesy to call me back. Forget about returning the methai and refund the cost of sweets they sold to me.
