[Resolved]  Bill Desk, SBI Life Insurance — Payment Failed but Amount debited

For the eSheild Policy, I paid an amount through net banking and subsequently the amount is debitted but this amount is not received by the SBI Life Insurance. The Details are: Name of complainter : Rajendraprasad C Date of Incident : 17.08.2015 around 6.30pm Amount of transaction : Rs.15071 Bank from which debited : Axis Bank, Virudhachalam Transaction Number :[protected] Request : Refund my amount into my Axis Bank account
