Hi, I did my payment through bill desk for AFCAT(1)2021 cycle via google pay (Transaction ID[protected]. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained unresponsive and the payment status never reflected on the website. Jan 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I dropped an email to customer support on [email protected]. They replied me within a day and the process was easy.The refund process was faster than I expected. The money was refunded to me in 3 days. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
