[Resolved] Billdesk — amount debited from bank account | |
Hey i was trying to pay premium of an insurance today on max life insurance's site using billdesk but the amount was deducted from my bank account but not received by max life. I was redirected to bill desk site but after deduction from my bank account and then nothing happened. I just recieved message for my amount being deducted. I tried for 4 times but each time same thing happened (2 time by upi and 2 time by net banking). Please help me i am very worried about it. Please provide me with the sufficient refund
