[Resolved] Billdesk — amount deducted but not paid to biller | |||||
I have used bajaj alianz web services to buy a health insurance and they used bill desk for payment processing. I used my paytm wallet for payment and payment was successful on paytm side as amount 15256 inr has been deducted from my paytm account. However same not recieved to bajaj alianz, i contacted both bajaj alianz and paytm and they asked me to contact billdesk. Nov 19, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Initially I contacted bill desk customer care number however that never get replied. then i found their support email id and after 1 follow up they have replied that money would be reverted in 5-7 days. and I got my money back in 1 day instead, so although their support system is not quick but I guess they have strong technical system to identify such issue and resolve it quickly. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
