[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount deducted but the transaction failed

On the 8th of May at midnight I paid an amount of Rs 50 using UPI on www.onlineservices.nsdl.com through payment gateway billdesk.
The amount was debited from my account but it showed that the user cancelled the transaction.

I wrote 2 emails to [protected]@billdesk.com but I didn't receive any response from the team it has been 3 days they didn't even revert back
