Dear sir/mam, I have done a payment to canera bank empower upi apps for the pay lic premium through canera bank empower upi apps using billdesk payment gateway on the date 01/12/2018 at 2:37 pm, the amount of rs.1226.54/- was deducted from my canera bank saving account but the payment neither received by lic premium desk nor refunded to my account till today, so kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my saving bank account as early as possible. I had done an online recharge for my Vodafone number with an amount of 100 rupees through BillDesk gateway. The amount is deducted from my account. But the status of recharge is shown failed while I verify the transaction. Also this recharge is not added to my number. I want either refund for my money or the amount is credited to my phone number.
