Billdesk — amount got debited for failed payment

Hi,

This with regrads to anomoly in payment debit. I have made a transaction on 7th of dec 2017 to municipality pakur (Jharkhand) of rs 646 rs.

Unfortunately that payment got failed while making payment through billdesk gateway but my money got debited from bank.
