Billdesk — amount of rs. 4166 deducted from paytm wallet but it is not paid to indigo airlines

I was paying rs. 4166 for indigo flight fare using paytm. Money has been deducted from paytm and transferred to billdiskutil but i have not received the ticket confirmation from the airline yet. Please look into the issue and resolve it.
