My name is savithri, I made a payment of Rs. 7000 on 2.9.20 for my credit card ending 3558 through billdesk.axisbank.com. But till now the amount is not credited to my creditcard account. Kindly help in knowing the status of my transaction with REFERENCE ID - SUR[protected]
