[Resolved] Billdesk — balance deducted but payment not received | |||||
I had done a prebooking of RELIANCE DIGITAL TV.RS 499 Deducted from my credit card but post that shown the error.Post that i had received message that is [Rs.499.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 7127 on[protected]:19:49:12 at RELIANCE INFOCOM-BILLDESK.Avl bal - Rs.111255.96, curr o/s - Rs.3744.04].Please check from end and help.No communication received from Reliance infocom that they had received the payment.
