Billdesk — balance deducted but recharge not successful.

On 21st april, 2018 at 1:44pm, i started a transaction (Recharge) of rs. 448 from my jio application and i went on to pay via upi. I received the payment request on my upi app which is google tez which i approved and payment was successful. As i returned back to my jio app, the recharge was not done, even when the amount was already deducted from my bank account.

The upi transaction id generated was[protected].

I contacted tez customer support and they confirmed that the transaction has been successful and has been received at the gateway of indiaideas. But, when i contacted jio, they told me that they have not received any such payment from me and this prompted me to write to you in utter disappointment.
I request to kindly look into the matter and credit back the amount to my account or proceed with completing my recharge to save me from further inconvenience.
