[Resolved]  Billdesk — bescom bill payment failed but amount has been debited

Payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my hdfc bank account.

But i eceived a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but current a/c has been debited.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

I received a message from Consumer Complaints that BESCOM customer support has been notified about my issue. And within two days I got an e-mail from BESCOM stating that my issue is resolved. Thank you.
