[Resolved] Billdesk — bescom bill payment failed but amount has been debited | |
Payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my hdfc bank account. But i eceived a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but current a/c has been debited. Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending. Sep 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a message from Consumer Complaints that BESCOM customer support has been notified about my issue. And within two days I got an e-mail from BESCOM stating that my issue is resolved. Thank you. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
