Billdesk — bescom bill payment transaction failed | |||
I have paid electricity bill through google pay but transaction got failed twice and my Money has been deducted twice from my account. When will my money be refunded? This happened 5 days back. They have told it will be refunded by 5-7 working days but still I haven't received any money back. Please resolve my problem. The amount which was deducted is 943 twice and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there any procedures to follow up?
