Billdesk — bescom/amount debited from bank but bescom has not received the money

I have done the online transaction to pay the bescom (Bangalore, karnataka) bill (Electricity-bill) online. But the amount is deducted from my account and transaction status is showing failure in bill desk window saying"we could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from payment gateway. However we have recorded your request and shall verify the details and try again"
But the amount is deducted from my account. But its not credited to bescom account. Please check this on priority basis
