Billdesk — bill amount debited but payment unsuccessful | |||
Dear sir, I had made a payment of electricity bill to jvvnl via icici netbanking on 3rd september 2017. The amount 10, 996 was debited from my account but was declined at the receiver's end. I did not get my refund till now. Transaction id - bil/[protected]/pgmib-rvvn Please look into this matter and provide support to customers who are facing such issues from your end.
