Billdesk — Billdesk 17 k deducted but bill not paid for bses delhi

I paid electricity bill on 4th august 2020 using billdesk from bses website, i received a payment failed screen on bses site but the amount has been deducted from my account.

Inr 17, 881.48 debited to ac xxxxxxxxxxx0417 on 04-aug-2020 11:31:32-net txn: billdesk sybk[protected] bsesrajdhani

Please help resolve this, i tried customer care number it constantly says not answering
