Billdesk — billdesk amount debited from bank account but not credited to enps | |||
On nov 11, 2019 i have made a transaction of rs 29500.71 to pay my national pension trust contribution through enps portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the bill desk showed error. Can you kindly take necessary action to transfer my money to enps or refund back to my account. Details are below: Transaction reference number: check attachment got from icici bank I have attached the payment reference screen shots and also the deduction from bank. On 16 th November I made a payment using airtel payment banks... and the payment was through Bill desk... the amount got deducted but not received on the receiver's end i.e. Bajaj Finserv.
