Billdesk — billdesk non credit of payment in hdfc credit card. | |||
I made two transaction of 18600 and 6200 for paying my hdfc credit card bill on 4th september 2017 through bill desk using sbi internet banking but it has not been credited against my card yet. I had confirmed it from sbi and they said it have been settled successfully. I think there is some discrepancies here. Hence, i wanted to re-confirm the card number for which payment was done. I do not think i have given the card number wrong especially when we enter it twice to confirm before payment. I need to know where is the issue when both the companies (Hdfc and sbi) are saying different things. I want to confirm against which card number this transaction has been credited.
