Billdesk — billdesk online payment complaint

I had booked bharat gas (Cancelled booking id: 9122) lpg cylinder on 19.04.2018 09.49.19 and made online payment using bhim upi through billdesk pos and amount ₹ 675.68/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through bpcl billdesk transaction no.[protected]. The day before yesterday i received payment confirmation from bharat gas site is failure and please get the deduted amount refund to my account or my subsidiaries account as this transaction got failed.

I would like to request you to please look into the serious matter as soon as possible because already 48hr have passed and the deducted amount was not credited to my bank account or my subsidiary account..
