[Resolved] Billdesk — BillDesk SBI Internet Banking Amount Deducted but Payment Failed | |
On 5th February, I paid my university admission fee through the BillDesk payment gateway. The university website uses BillDesk as a payment gateway. The amount of 5926.6 was deducted, but the payment got failed on the university website. The support from the university site confirmed that. I also emailed the BillDesk support at [protected]@billdesk.com on the same day, but no response from them. I used SBI internet banking to process the payment. The reference numbers provided by SBI are VSBI[protected]IGAKLAJHQ9 and IGAKLAJHQ9. I am worried about the money and hope that I'll get a refund soon. Was this information helpful? | |

on 11.02.2021 I was paying property tax online through by debit card. I followed regular. At the end Transaction showed as Fail with a message that Bill Desk is waiting for Response from Bank. Amount is debited from from Bank Account. Image is attached for your ready reference. You are requested to refund said amount to me.
