Billdesk — Billdesk unsuccessful transaction - amount deducted but paid to ugc net account

I tried to pay UGC Net - December 2015 exam fees but failed. The reference no for one transaction is[protected] and the second one is[protected]. For each transaction Rs302.58 was deducted from the account. One transaction was made using SBI debit card and second one was made using the HDFC debit card.
