[Resolved] Billdesk — billdeskutil payment done from paytm account but money was not not release to merchant | |||
I have done a payment of 1597 (Order id: rpt[protected] and transaction id [protected]) plan for renewing my bike insurance to bajaj allianz. Money was deducted from my paytm wallet but the merchant never received the payment. Kindly do needful asap. I want the amount to be refunded back. Attached are the screenshots. Order id : [protected]. I tried to payment in jio business portal by scanning barcode. in jio portal it shows transaction failed but in my wallet money went.
