Dear bsnl I did an online recharge of inr 1099 internet pack (Unlimited) to my prepaid mobile number on bsnl online recharge website. Though payment was done and deducted from my sbi, its not activated to my prepaid mobile number. I am a JIO prime customer, my phone number is [protected] I had recharge on 24/09/17 through Paytm txn ID [protected], amount of Rs 399 is deducted from my Paytm balance but recharge was not successful, JIO is not showing any recharge, kindly resolve this issue or refund my money in Paytm so that I can recharge in cash.(sanjeev)
