Billdesk — complain tata sky sub id # [protected] rupees 4000 paid on 3rd may

I had paid rupess 4000/- on 3rd may online by scanning the qr code but unfortunately the amount was not credited to my sub id # [protected] for unknown reason
Since 3rd may 2020 i am following up with tata sky but the reply received by them is unsatisfactory
Amount was paid from my daughter’s account ruchita alate, holding account in sbi bank saving account number - [protected] in dahisar west branch, mumbai.
But the payment is already received by u but you cannot trace it below is payment details given by sbi bank as follows -

Payee account no [protected]
Payee ifsc code hdfc0000499
Also google pay has claimed and replied that according to npci the money is lying with you –please see attached mail from them

I am writing to you as when i call tata sky i am not getting any correct reply and they just have to say that the money is not received by you which is incorrect

Based on all attached proof’s please asap credit my tata sky account without any further delay –already the money is lying with you for last 3 months!!!

If money not credited to my account in next 7 days i will have to take serious action and approach the police for fraud done by yourself
