Billdesk — credit card bill payment made on 11/01/2017 and the payment is not reflecting in the other end | |||
Team, I am really annoyed with the procedure you people follow. I made my credit card payment thru axis bank mobile application on 11th of jan 2018 to my icici credit card number ending with 3007. Icici credit card is reflecting that the payment is not yet done. I am calling customer care multiple times and no one is helping me out properly. They are simply saying the payment is successful from axis bank end but i didn't receive the confirmation message or email from bill desk once the payment got successful. I am really irritated. It's been 10 days i made the payment and it is deducted from my axis account [protected]. I want the refund amount of rs. 5, 619/- right now in my account.
