[Resolved] Billdesk — credit card payment failed | |
Sir, i have made a sbi credit card payment for rs 8299/- on 25 mar 20 via paytm upi with ref id[protected]. The amount got debited from my account but was not credited to the credit card account. The transaction status is showing that the transaction got failed. Transaction id of failed trans is shd[protected]. Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest for speedy refund.

Apr 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from company representative, but unable to resolve as the call got disconnected. I then visited the bank branch and after one mail from the bank manager I received the reversal of amount. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
