[Resolved]  Billdesk — credit card payment problem

I paid rs.15000 towards my hdfc credit card bill through bill desk on 5th jan 2020.. I forgot to note down the transaction id.. My bank account confirmed that the money was debited.. But credit card team says they have not received the amount.. Please help me with more details about this transaction... Its been more than a week since this transaction is stuck... Please help us in getting it fixed... If there was any issue please issue full refund
