Billdesk — done payment to jntu convocation fee but no acknowledgement received

I have paid jntu hyderabad convocation fee i. E 1100 through online from andhra bank account from billdesk gate way.

Money deducted but not received any transaction id, and money deducted from my account. Transaction details are in below
