[Resolved]  Billdesk — Education Fee Refund Not Done for Failed Transaction

I have paid of 33, 000 towards EAMCET(TSCHE) tuition fee on 27-Oct-20 around 7 PM thru bill desk. Transaction was not successful. Refund is not yet issued till 1-Nov-20. Can you please do the refund. I mailed [protected]@billdesk.com but haven't received any response. Attached a statement reference from Bank. Account number ends with 5345. If more details are needed, please let me know thru reply to email I sent.

Got money within 24 hours after complaining here. But, there was no response when I mailed BillDesk directly.
